Job Description:

As a Thai-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support for their travel needs. You will assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and problem resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism and positivity. Your fluency in Thai and English will enable you to provide seamless communication and support to our customers in Thailand and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to Thai-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with travel inquiries, reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Stay updated on travel products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:
• Fluent in Thai (speaking and writing) and proficient in English.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts with professionalism.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to shifting schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
