Key responsibilities:
- Handle the
end -to -end recruitment process
: from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments for intern to manager -level positions. - Partner closely with hiring managers across real estate development, property management, sales, and corporate support teams to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.
- Plan, execute, and represent the company at
job fairs
,
career expos
, and
campus hiring
events to attract young and emerging talent. - Develop and manage a structured
talent pool database
for current and future hiring needs, especially for niche roles in real estate and project development. - Administer or coordinate
psychological assessments
and behavioral testing as part of the selection process. - Contribute to
employer branding
initiatives through digital presence, university partnerships, and professional community engagement. - Work closely with the internal
HR team
to align recruitment with workforce planning, organizational development, and strategic talent mapping for the real estate sector.
Requirement
:
- Bachelor's degree of
Psychology
from reputable university - Have minimum 2 years
of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment or Headhunting. - Experience in managing recruitment events and university relations is a plus.
- Strong understanding of interview techniques, sourcing tools, and assessment methodologies.
- Familiarity with psychological assessments and test administration
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.
