We are seeking a highly organised and proactive General Affairs Manager to join our team at Alam Sutera Group. This full -time role is responsible for overseeing the day -to -day operations and administrative functions of our company, ensuring the smooth running of our office and support for our employees across business units.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and coordinate all general administrative tasks, including facilities management, procurement, and general office support
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office environment, including managing vendors and service providers
- Implement and maintain efficient administrative policies, procedures, and systems to optimize office operations
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the leadership team and other departments as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and requests, and liaise with HR on personnel -related matters
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar General Affairs or office management role. Have experience in the real estate or property development industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
- Proactive problem -solving skills and a customer -service oriented mindset
- Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang
