Responsibilities
- Act as a
product evangelist
, educating customers on the business value of AI Rudder solutions through solution walkthroughs, use -case discussions, and value -based demonstrations. - Partner with customers to
translate business objectives into success plans
, ensuring AI Rudder solutions are aligned to maximize customer ROI. - Take a
solution and technical leadership role
throughout the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. - Identify when and how to best engage internal specialists and experts to support customer success and complex solution requirements.
- Conduct
PoC/PoV
engagements post -sale to help customers validate and expand solutions based on evolving business needs. - Manage
multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
, prioritizing effectively through proactive communication with internal teams and external partners. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction, strong adoption, and long -term retention.
Requirements
- 5 + years of experience
in one or more of the following: Customer Success, After -Sales, Project Management, or SaaS solution delivery; experience in the AI industry is a plus. - Strong
software background
with hands -on experience supporting SaaS customers; Key Account (KA) management experience is a strong advantage. - Experience in
business analytics
, with the ability to analyze customer data and provide actionable insights to drive adoption, upsell, or expansion; knowledge of
SQL, Python, or other data skills
is a plus. - Senior experience managing
key accounts in the ID market
, delivering measurable customer outcomes and revenue impact;
BFSI experience
is a plus. - Ability to fluently use
large language model products
(e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude) in customer -facing or solution workflows. - Strong
solution scoping and problem -solving abilities
, leveraging existing solutions and providing feedback to influence new product development. - Strong English communication skills
(a must). Native or professional proficiency in an Asian language is a plus.
