Talent Acquisition Intern
to join our Recruitment team.
This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to learn about
end -to -end recruitment
and gain hands -on experience hiring for
tech, business, and operations roles
in a dynamic fintech environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status, assessments, and follow -ups
- Assist with recruitment administration, including candidate tracking and documentation
- Support employer branding initiatives (job postings, career content, etc.)
- Help prepare recruitment reports and hiring progress updates
- Support other HR -related tasks as needed
🎯
What We’re Looking For:
- Final -year student or fresh graduate in
Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration
, or related fields - Strong interest in
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
, especially in the
Fintech or Tech industry - Good communication skills in
English
(written & verbal) - Basic understanding of recruitment processes (CV screening, interviews, sourcing)
- Comfortable using
LinkedIn, job portals, and Google Workspace - Detail -oriented, well -organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast -paced environment
- Able to commit to a minimum internship period of
3–6 months
