Motivated internship program designed for Politeknik Negeri Batam students to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing and corporate environments. Interns will be involved in real operational activities, develop technical and professional skills, and support daily business processes across various departments while learning company standards, teamwork, and professional work culture. Responsibilities include: Preparing, organizing, and maintaining documents, reports, and related data; Coordinating with related teams to support smooth operational activities; Following company rules, procedures, safety standards, workplace regulations, and 5S implementation; Participating in projects, improvement activities, and problem-solving processes; Performing daily operational and administrative tasks within assigned departments; Developing professional, technical, and interpersonal skills.
