Responsible for supporting communication between Japanese expatriates and production team while assisting operational improvement activities in production area. This position acts as a bridge of communication between Japanese expatriates and local employees while supporting daily production and improvement activities in Cutting & Crimping section. The role involves translation support, operational coordination, problem solving assistance, reporting, and communication with related departments to ensure effective production activities. Responsibilities: Support communication and translation between Japanese expatriates and production team; Monitor and support HAI-M and improvement activities in production area; Analyze production issues and support problem-solving activities; Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operations; Support operator development through coaching and daily communication; Prepare activity reports and operational documentation.
