Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.
- Conduct research, segmentation, and audience targeting for maximum results.
- Create engaging ad content (visuals, videos, copywriting) with
AI Content Creation tools
(e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, etc.). - Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CPC, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate).
- Run A/B tests and continuously improve ad effectiveness.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative team to align strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and AI innovations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least
2 years of proven experience
in managing Meta Ads & TikTok Ads campaigns. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing funnels and remarketing strategies.
- Skilled in using
AI tools
for content creation (text, design, video). - Strong data analysis and decision -making skills.
- Creative, detail -oriented, and results -driven with focus on ROAS.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Nice to Have
- Meta Blueprint or TikTok Academy Certification.
- Experience handling medium to large ad budgets.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, or other digital channels.
