My client, a premium lifestyle goods MNC is currently expanding their footprint across SEA. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth through distributors and project channels for the Indonesia and Philippines market.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver sales, revenue, and profitability targets across all assigned channels.
- Optimize distributor performance while expanding the local distribution and retail network.
- Drive growth of the project business by securing specifications and building long -term relationships with industry partners.
- Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and cross -functional collaboration to support planning, S &OP processes, and regional business alignment.
Requirements:
- Commercial or sales leadership experience, managing distributors within the relevant industries.
- Track record in driving profitable growth through multi -channel sales and project -based environments.
- Deep local market knowledge with the ability to influence industry partners.
- Self -starter with excellent communication skills to liaiase with local and regional stakeholders.
