What You Will Do
- Build and own the
Cavalix brand strategy
, identity, and positioning. - Lead the
end -to -end brand launch
and go -to -market execution. - Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, performance, PR, and activation.
- Recruit, manage, and lead a multi -function marketing team.
- Oversee creative production and ensure high -quality brand output.
- Drive campaign performance with a strong focus on
ROI and growth
. - Support and optimize marketing for Balidrinks (alcohol delivery business).
What We’re Looking For
- 15 + years
of experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing Leadership, or Account Management. - Strong background in
Skincare, Wellness, FMCG, or Food & Beverage
industries. - Proven experience launching and scaling brands.
- Solid leadership experience managing cross -functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands -on execution capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
