* Minimum 1 year of IT Support/Helpdesk experience working with Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 .
* Understanding of basic troubleshooting in Windows 10 and Windows 11 .
* Understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Excel - basic formulas, Word, dil).
* Understanding of DHCP clients and IP assignment.
* Understanding of Microsoft Outlook setup (email setup).
* Familiarity with Command Prompt or PowerShell.
* Detailed and thorough in data entry documentation.
* Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (add/edit/delete users, assign licenses).
* Experience with basic Active Directory usage (add/edit/delete users, AD sync).
* Understanding of IP classes and basic subnetting.
* Willing to work from office
