Ensure smooth operation and support for corporate email systems, internal communication tools, network services, and other IT infrastructure tools, in alignment with defined service level management (SLM), providing clear solutions and timely feedback.
Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and availability of the organization's IT infrastructure, minimizing downtime and reducing the risk of system failures.
Ensure that all procedures and reports are implemented and submitted in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
Provide training and technical guidance to users and IT team members (at central office/regional/branch level) to ensure proper and effective use of systems and infrastructure tools based on their operational needs.
Conduct regular maintenance and proactive monitoring of infrastructure and related components to ensure system reliability and stability.
Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, or innovation that lead to more effective and efficient IT operations.
Respond to service requests and incidents promptly, ensuring proper escalation and resolution according to priority and impact.
Collaborate with cross -functional teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure projects and initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of hands -on experience in network administration or related IT infrastructure roles.
Able to document technical procedures, reports, and manuals effectively.
Proactive, detail -oriented, and a good team player with a high level of accountability.
