Role Overview


We’re looking for a General Affairs & Office Shared Services Manager to own end -to -end
office operations
, including
facilities management, general affairs, non -trade procurement, office renovation projects
, and coordination of
IT -related office setup
.


This role is ideal for someone who is structured, execution -driven, and comfortable managing multiple vendors and projects in a fast -paced corporate environment.


What You’ll Do



  • Manage daily
    office operations & facilities
    , ensuring a safe, efficient, and well -maintained workplace

  • Oversee
    general affairs
    including office services, assets, and vendor coordination

  • Handle
    non -trade procurement
    (office supplies, furniture, IT equipment, service contracts)

  • Lead
    office renovation, fit -out, relocation, or expansion projects

  • Coordinate
    IT asset procurement and deployment
    (laptops, peripherals, office setup) with vendors or internal IT

  • Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor performance


What We’re Looking For



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

  • 10 + years of experience
    in General Affairs, Facilities, or Office Operations

  • Experience in
    multinational, FMCG, or large corporate environments

  • Strong exposure to
    vendor management, procurement, and renovation projects

  • Comfortable handling
    IT -related office setup and asset management

  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem -solving skills


Nice to Have



  • Experience handling
    office fit -out or large -scale renovation projects

  • Exposure to regional or HQ -level office operations
