Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with the Commercial / Modern Trade team to provide financial insights that drive strategic business decisions and profitability.
* Analyze sales performance, trade spend, pricing, and promotion efficiency to support commercial planning and execution.
* Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, reports, and analysis related to the Modern Trade channel.
* Deliver regular performance reviews and variance analysis to identify business risks and opportunities.
* Support commercial teams in evaluating new business initiatives, trade terms, and investment returns (ROI).
* Collaborate cross -functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance HQ to ensure alignment of commercial and financial objectives.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting, control, and analysis efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
* Minimum 4 years of experience in a finance or commercial finance role, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods industries.
* Strong analytical, problem -solving, and business partnering skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Solid understanding of Modern Trade operations, trade spend, and promotional budgeting.
* Highly detail -oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
