As a
Digital Marketing Coordinator
, you’ll play a key role in shaping our digital presence—leading content execution across platforms while ensuring every post aligns with our brand and business goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more)
- Lead and coordinate a creative team (editors, designers, content creators)
- Plan, assign, review, and optimize content to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for campaigns and initiatives
- Develop content calendars and execute campaign -based social media strategies
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, views, conversions) and turn insights into action
- Ensure visual consistency and strong brand identity across all digital content
What You Bring:
- Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
- Experience leading or coordinating a creative or social media team
- Strong hands -on skills in video editing and graphic design for social media content
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent)
- Ability to plan and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media performance metrics and data -driven optimization
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Proactive, organized, and up -to -date with social media trends
