- Screen candidates based on: relevant niche (e.g. parenting, baby care, baby skincare), live engagement rate, conversion potential, and past sales performance.
- Conduct initial onboarding process for new affiliates.

Affiliate Enablement & Campaign Support
- Provide structured campaign briefs (including product USPs, selling angles, and GMV targets).
- Supply promotional materials, top -performing SKUs, and live content strategies.
- Coordinate the delivery of product samples and other content needs.
- Conduct roleplays/live simulations to prepare affiliates before going live.
3 .
Exclusive Affiliate Program Management
- Manage and grow the Exclusive Affiliate Program:
- Ensure dedicated communication, special treatment, and enhanced support for top affiliates.
- Develop bundling strategies, collaborative content, and competitive live streaming slots.
- Monitor their contribution to total affiliate GMV.
- Design and implement loyalty or special incentive programs (e.g. tiering, bonuses, extra commission).

Live Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track affiliate live streaming performance in real -time and on a daily basis: live duration, peak viewers, engagement, conversion rate, and product -specific performance during live sessions.
- Provide feedback, content suggestions, and routine training to enhance live quality.
- Identify high -potential affiliates to nurture into top performers.

📈 Data Tracking & ROI Analysis
- Manage systematic tracking of affiliate links, SKU performance, and live conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering: GMV per affiliate, live streaming metrics, and contributions from exclusive vs. non -exclusive affiliates.

Cross -Functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with internal teams:
- Marketing
(for campaign alignment and ad push), - Content
(for visual assets and live cues), and - Sales
(for target synchronization and discount strategies). - Share field insights to inform product development and campaign strategy.
7 .
Campaign Execution & Strategic Initiatives
- Initiate and execute collaborative campaigns (e.g. thematic live fests, product bundling, flash sales).
- Encourage inter -affiliate collaboration (joint lives, live battles, co -hosting).
- Manage a live streaming calendar to ensure fair and effective time slot distribution.
8 .
Affiliate Engagement & Motivation
- Design performance -based incentive and competition programs:
- Live challenges, weekly rewards, “Affiliate of the Month.”
- Build strong relationships with affiliates to maintain engagement and loyalty.
- Create regular communication and feedback spaces (e.g. WhatsApp/Telegram groups, monthly catch -up calls).
