Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Manager
with a strong background in hiring to lead end -to -end recruitment activities across multiple business units. Based in
Surabaya
, this role will manage a small recruitment team and work closely with business leaders to deliver timely and quality hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full -cycle recruitment for managerial, specialist, and critical roles
- Manage and guide a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for hard -to -fill roles
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Monitor hiring progress and key recruitment metrics
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
Requirements
- Proven
hands -on
experience in end -to -end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management - Over 10 years of progressive recruitment experience, with significant exposure to hiring at scale
- Owns and drives recruitment projects across multiple functions and locations
- Leads cross -functional talent acquisition initiatives to support business growth and strategic objectives
- Manages high -impact hiring projects in collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Proficient in ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and recruitment analytics
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
