Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing the distributor network, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the assigned region. This role involves developing regional strategies, leading the field sales team, and strengthening execution across general trade and key retail channels.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage regional sales operations to meet and exceed assigned targets.

  • Identify, acquire, and develop new distributors while maximizing performance of existing partners.

  • Set clear sales goals and provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to the regional sales team (ASM, Supervisors, and SEs).

  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to strengthen market penetration and brand visibility.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and trade partners.

  • Analyze market dynamics, monitor competitor activities, and recommend strategic countermeasures.

  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and performance reporting.

  • Collaborate cross -functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Prepare and present regular business performance updates to management.

  • Ensure effective financial and operational planning for the assigned region.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in communication with both local and expatriate leaders.


Requirements



  • Minimum
    2 years experience
    as a
    Regional Sales Manager
    or
    Branch Manager
    in
    FMCG
    — preferably from
    Personal Care, Skin Care, or Beauty categories.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in
    English

  • Proven success in developing and managing
    regional sales networks
    and achieving consistent business growth.

  • Strong network and market understanding in
    General Trade channels
    at a
    national level.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a result -oriented approach.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large and diverse sales teams.

  • Analytical, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure.

  • Willing to
    travel extensively
    within the assigned regions.

  • Available to join immediately
