Senior Data Analyst

Job DescriptionLead the design and implementation of data analytics projects that inform business decisions.Translate business problems into data-driven solutions by identifying trends and anomalies.3 - 5 years of experience in data analyst, applied data science, and others related field.Apply statistical techniques to validate hypotheses and support experimentation (e.g., A/B testing).Conduct advanced analyses such as predictive modeling, churn analysis, and cohort analysis.Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports to measure business performance.Ensure data architecture and processes meet scalability and compliance requirements.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to align analytics with strategic goals.

Job RequirementsBachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.A Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Solid proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries and managing databases.Advanced data visualization skills using tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, Looker, or equivalent.Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis and automation.Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is an advantage.Understanding of big data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hive) and data quality best practices.
