Oversee daily F&B retail operations for efficiency and service excellence.Develop strategies to enhance productivity and cost control.Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with policies, health, and safety regulations.Manage budgets and optimize operational expenses.Lead, mentor, and train store managers and staff.Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Maintain brand standards and exceptional customer service.Handle escalated complaints and implement service improvements.Work with marketing to drive sales and promotions.Identify growth opportunities and expansion plans.Optimize inventory, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.Leverage technology for operational improvements.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in F&B retail operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent knowledge of F&B industry trends, regulations, and best practices.Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.Proficiency in operational software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.Experience in multi-unit operations management.Familiarity with digital transformation in F&B operations.Strong background in customer experience and service excellence.Office and on-site work at various F&B retail locations.Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
