- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Marine Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in aquaculture farm operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong expertise in shrimp farming operations, cultivation cycles, and farm management best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for aquaculture.
- Experience in succession planning and workforce development within the aquaculture or related sector.
- Demonstrated capability in budgeting, workforce planning, and resource allocation for farm operations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and developing field/technical teams.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate farm performance, identify issues, and plan effective strategies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams (farm management, operational systems, and other departments).
- Willingness to travel frequently across multiple farm locations.
- High level of professionalism, problem-solving ability, and resilience in handling challenges in aquaculture operations.
