Erdigma Indonesia is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead our branding efforts. This position will play a key role in shaping the direction of our brands, including existing herbal and FMCG products, as well as new product launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG industry and demonstrate a deep understanding of brand management principles. This role requires a creative, data-driven individual with a passion for innovation in the consumer goods sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute brand strategies for our product portfolio; Lead and manage marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility; Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, digital marketing); Manage brand budgets and track performance metrics; Lead brand positioning initiatives; Guide the creative direction for brand materials and packaging; Drive innovation by exploring new opportunities for product development.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's is a plus); At least 5 years of experience in a relevant brand management role within the FMCG industry; Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies; Strong analytical skills to interpret market data; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects; Willingness to relocate to Purbalingga; Knowledge of digital marketing strategies; Strong project management skills.
