Key Responsibilities: Manage the customer database, ensuring accurate records of customer purchases and interactions; Maintain strong relationships with returning customers by providing ongoing support and product knowledge; Handle online communications with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner; Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement customer retention strategies; Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer satisfaction; Work as part of a team to optimize the customer experience and ensure smooth operations.
