About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service representative to handle customer inquiries online. The customers are those who have shown interest in our FMCG products through digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the products they manage and provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries. They will work as part of a team and will be required to work onsite in Purbalingga. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner; Provide accurate product knowledge and guide customers through the purchase process; Work closely with the digital advertising team to understand campaign goals and customer expectations; Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups; Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient customer service operations; Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
