About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Community Manager to lead the acquisition and management of affiliates and resellers for our company. The role is critical in driving revenue growth by expanding our reseller and affiliate network, ensuring strong engagement, and enabling their success in promoting our products. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and resellers to grow the business. - Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and resellers to maximize their engagement and performance. - Monitor and track the performance of affiliates and resellers against defined revenue targets. - Provide training, support, and resources to affiliates and resellers to help them effectively promote and sell the company's products. - Analyze performance data and generate reports on community growth, revenue contributions, and engagement levels. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and campaigns to support affiliate and reseller efforts. - Continuously identify opportunities to optimize the affiliate and reseller programs for better efficiency and results.
