Responsible for supporting the entire recruitment process within the company : - Sourcing and identifying candidates - Screening resumes based on required qualifications - Administering and scoring psychological tests - Conducting interviews both online and offline - Communicating test results and recommending candidates

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

'- Bachelor’s degree in psychology - At least 2 years of work experience in recruitment - Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process - Ability to administer and score psychological tests - Strong analytical and communication skills - Extensive candidate sourcing network - Placement : Semarang, Jawa Tengah
