Work Location : Bandung, West Java
- To plan, control, and coordinate all promotional activities to support the achievement of sales targets.
- Monitor and control all sample creation related to quality, quantity, and timeliness to ensure the fulfillment of Sales & Marketing requests.
- Plan and coordinate all promotional activities (exhibitions, advertising, billboards, company profile, website, Ateja Shop System) to improve the company's image.
- Create and execute online & offline marketing strategies that can increase company growth and build the company's brand image.
- Create events and activation activities that can strengthen brand image and brand awareness.
- Responsible for curating all content & creative released on digital & social media, as well as print.
- Responsible for maintaining the brand image in every marketing communication material communicated.
- Supervise and develop subordinate performance through training, performance evaluation, task delegation, etc., to improve subordinate performance.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Visual Communication Design or any related major
- Have 5 years of working experience in Promotion or Visual Merchandiser
- Have managerial skills and experience
- Master the development of technology in the field of graphics
- Master online (Digital Marketing) & offline marketing strategy
- Have artistic, creative, & innovative skills
- Master computer design creation
- Have good communication skills with internal & external parties
- Have knowledge of cost management
- Have meticulousness, agility, and responsibility
- Preferably domiciled in Bandung / Willing to Work From Office (WFO) located in Padalarang, Bandung
- Willing to be tied to a minimum 3-year employment contract.
