Operational Excellence: Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, manageday-to-day accountingo perations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.), and ensure adherence to nonprofit accounting standards.
Process Excellence: Maintain a strong understanding of our firm's internal processes and procedures. Identify opportunities to stream line processes and improve the overall client or team experience.
TechnologyExpertise: Demonstrate proficiency incloud-based accounting software and champion the effective use of technology within the team.
Communication and Collaboration: Communicate clearly and effectively with team
members and firm leadership, both verbally and in writing (English).
