Key Responsibilities:
1 . Wireless Network Design:
- Design and architect advanced wireless networks for various environments, including office spaces, industrial sites, and public areas.
- Conduct site surveys and predictive modeling to ensure optimal wireless coverage and performance.
2 . Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the deployment and configuration of wireless network equipment, including access points, controllers, and related infrastructure.
- Develop and implement wireless security policies to protect network integrity and user data.
3 . Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze wireless network performance using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex wireless connectivity issues to maintain high network availability and reliability.
- Optimize network configurations to enhance user experience and application performance.
4 . Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed documentation of network designs, configurations, and changes.
- Generate comprehensive reports on network performance, security incidents, and improvement initiatives.
5 . Technical Leadership and Mentoring:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on wireless networking best practices and emerging technologies.
6 . Project Management:
- Lead wireless network projects from planning through execution and post -implementation support.
- Coordinate with cross -functional teams to ensure seamless integration of wireless solutions with other IT infrastructure.
7 . Vendor and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and integrate new wireless technologies.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align wireless network strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Certification: CWNE® (Certified Wireless Network Expert) certification is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in wireless networking, with a proven track record of designing and managing large -scale wireless networks.
- Technical Skills:
- In -depth knowledge of wireless networking standards (IEEE 802 .11 ).

- Experience with wireless network management tools and platforms (e.g., Ekahau, AirMagnet, Cisco Prime).

Requirements:
1 . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2 . Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
3 . Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and network security.
4 . Experience with network monitoring tools and techniques.
5 . Familiarity with network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
6 . Knowledge of network design principles and best practices.
7 . Excellent problem -solving and troubleshooting skills.
8 . Strong communication and collaboration skills.
9 . Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
Working Conditions:
