Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm compelling visual concepts for live streams and TikTok videos that drive impulsive engagement, align with client goals and brand messaging, and fuel the ‘infinite loop’ of discovery.
- Translate ideas into impactful visuals, including storyboards, mood boards, graphics, and simple animations, tailored to the fast -paced and entertaining nature of TikTok.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client brand guidelines, ensuring all creative output remains consistent and on -brand.
- Work closely with the talent coordinator, project officer, videographers, and editors to ensure seamless execution of creative ideas.
- Stay updated on the latest visual trends in social media, particularly TikTok, to inform innovative and engaging content.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Have 1–2 years of experience as a Junior Art Director or in a related creative role.
- Present a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects).
- Possess basic knowledge of video editing and prompt AI.
- Understand social media platforms and design principles for short -form content.
- Show excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Thrive in a fast -paced, deadline -driven environment.
