Brand & Creative Manager

FMCG and personal care industry

What You’ll Do:



  • Lead the development of creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and content across platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross -functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to align creative strategies with business objectives.

  • Manage and mentor designers, copywriters, and other creatives to deliver high -impact results.

  • Ensure all creative output is on -brand, visually compelling, and meets high standards of quality.

  • Present ideas and creative concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to keep our work fresh and relevant.

  • Oversee creative timelines and ensure on -time delivery of all assets.

  • Bring a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the
    FMCG and personal care space
    to shape campaigns that resonate with our audience.


What We’re Looking For:



  • 3–5 + years of experience in a creative or brand role, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership position.

  • Proven experience working with
    FMCG and/or personal care brands
    , with a portfolio that demonstrates consumer -focused creative excellence.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative vision, storytelling, and execution across digital, print, and in -store experiences.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and a solid understanding of content production workflows.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to both inspire and be inspired.
