Job Description:- Ensure the creation of a harmonious, conducive, and compliant work relationship through effective management of industrial relations between employees and the company, as well as between labor unions and the company- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and internal policies- Responsible for the renewal of company regulations/collective labor agreements (CLA)- Act as a liaison between management and external institutions (Manpower Office, Ministry of Manpower, BPJS Employment and Health, Industrial Relations Court, Legal Consultants, etc.)- Handle official employee grievances against the company and disciplinary cases, including internal investigations- Manage the process of issuing disciplinary actions (Warning Letters)- Calculate and verify employee compensation related to labor rights in accordance with laws and company policies- Responsible for managing the companys BPJS Employment and BPJS Health programs- Prepare reports and analyze trends related to Industrial Relations & Employee Relations, as well as reports required as a basis for improving company policies
