Position: Compensation & Benefits Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:


Payroll & Data Management



  • Manage end -to -end payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary calculation and disbursement for all employees.

  • Maintain and update payroll databases for both Head Office and Branch Offices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee records.

  • Ensure accuracy of employee data for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and other medical insurance plans.

  • Lead the implementation of the new HRIS system from initial setup to go -live, ensuring seamless transition and system optimization.

  • Drive payroll automation by transitioning from manual calculations to a fully HRIS -integrated workflow.


Compensation Benefits Administration



  • Administer, monitor, and ensure proper implementation of employee compensation and benefits programs.

  • Conduct regular analysis of compensation structures, including salary adjustments, increments, salary banding, and private insurance schemes.

  • Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies.


Compliance Reporting



  • Ensure all payroll, compensation, and benefits activities comply with local tax laws, labor regulations, and internal company policies.

  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly and annual tax reports.

  • Manage HR data throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

  • Provide weekly and monthly HR reports to assist management in decision -making.


REQRUIREMENTS:



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with proven experience in HRIS implementation and payroll automation.

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax and labor regulations; experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent analytical abilities, high attention to detail, and strong communication skills for managing inquiries and reporting.

  • Fluency in English is required.

  • Willing to be placed in Karawang.
