Role Overview


We are seeking a Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our Meta Ads, increase conversions across TikTok Shop and Shopee, and optimize our creative assets together with our designer and marketing team.


You will also be responsible for improving the performance of our WooCommerce website which currently drives minimal sales. You will also be in charge of increasing the conversion rate on our online marketplace channels (Shopee, Tiktok, Tokopedia...)


This role is perfect for someone analytical, technical & creative, and passionate about driving measurable results.


Key Responsibilities


1 . Paid Advertising & Growth


• Plan, test, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROAS.


• Analyze performance data and adjust strategy continuously.


• Create testing frameworks (audiences, creatives, hooks, landing pages).


2 . Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)


• Improve listing titles, descriptions, storytelling, and visuals on Shopee and TikTok Shop.


• Identify and fix bottlenecks in the customer journey.


• Create a framework for content creation that converts very well & Conduct A/B testing on creatives, pricing, and product presentation.


3 . Creative Coordination


• Work closely with the designer and marketing team to produce high -performing visuals and high -converting scripts.


• Provide clear briefs based on CRO insights and customer behavior.


• Ensure brand consistency across platforms.


4 . Website Improvement (WooCommerce)


• Analyze current website issues and propose solutions to increase conversions.


• Improve product pages, UX, load speed, and overall marketing funnel. (


Technical )


Requirements



Proven experience running Meta Ads with successful results.



Strong understanding of CRO for e -commerce (TikTok, Shopee, or similar).


• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actions.



Strong technical understanding of WooCommerce/WordPress.


• Creative mindset + structured execution.


• Proactivity and a strong ownership mentality



Strong preference for candidates already living in Bali


Nice to Have


• Experience in health & wellness, supplements, or beauty.


• Familiarity with TikTok / IG trends.
