Manage office operational needs (stationery, facilities, inventory, etc.). Build and maintain relationships with external partners and company stakeholders. Support purchasing processes and monitor vendor contracts. Assist in managing company legal documents and compliance requirements. Validate and process business trip applications. Support operational budget monitoring and reporting.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Bachelor's degree in any major (Fresh graduates are welcome). Strong organizational and communication skill. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team. Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, or vendor management is a plus.
