Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 5 years of Sales & BD experience, ideally in real estate, media, advertising, or event management. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Proven ability to engage with C-level and senior marketing decision-makers. Entrepreneurial mindset: able to identify opportunities and build partnerships from the ground up. Passionate about real estate, marketing, and events. Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
