Are you passionate about music, production, and creating unforgettable experiences?
We’re looking for a Music Director & Editor who can lead and elevate the soundscape of our events, exhibitions, and multimedia projects—from video to animation, bumpers, and beyond.
This role is a unique blend of creative leadership and hands -on production, where your musical vision will shape the atmosphere of everything we do.
💼 What You’ll Do
🎧 As a Music Producer
* Oversee the full music production process: scoring, composing, arranging, and recording.
* Interpret creative briefs and transform references into original music for TVCs, short films, and digital activations.
* Collaborate with creative directors to shape the emotional tone of each project through music.
✂ As a Music Editor
* Select, cut, and adapt music tracks for animation, event, games new media, countdowns, bumpers ( opening, awarding, etc) and stage visuals (like teaser, lighting show, opening act dance) .
* Ensure smooth synchronization between sound and visuals.
* Maintain consistency and high audio standards across all edited pieces.
🎛 As a Music Director for Live Events
* Curate music playlists that support the flow and mood of each event.
* Make playlist and operate DJ controllers and software (e.g., VDJ) during live shows.
* Coordinate with lighting, choreography, and show directors to enhance live performance impact.
* Conduct technical rehearsals and manage on -the -spot sound adjustments.
🤝 Cross -functional Creative Collaboration
* Align musical elements with the project's artistic and brand direction.
* Work hand -in -hand with visual, event, motion, and tech teams.
🧠 Stay Sharp
* Keep up with trends in sound design, music genres, and production technology.
* Continuously explore fresh, genre -crossing sounds.
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Music or relevant experience in music production/direction.
* Proven experience as Music Producer, Editor, or Director (portfolio required).
* Proficient in at least one DAW (FL Studio preferred).
* Skilled in music editing, recording, and mixing.
* Basic DJ performance skills and knowledge of event playback software.
* Strong understanding of music theory and diverse genres.
* Confident communicator and a strong collaborator.
* Able to thrive in fast -paced, deadline -driven environments.
* Willing to travel frequently for events and live projects.
* Quick learner who loves challenges and adapts fast to change.
