Are you an Excel whiz with a passion for logistics? We’re looking for a fresh and motivated Distribution Staff to be at the heart of our product deliveries! In this role, you’ll manage both regular stock and exciting Limited Time Offer items, ensuring every order reaches our stores accurately and on time. Responsibilities: Monitor and reconcile goods sent vs. goods received, identifying mismatches between warehouse outbound and store inbound deliveries; Support delivery process for upcoming orders including handling delivery claims and disputes with vendors, warehouses, and 3PL partners; Perform invoice verification and reconciliation, ensuring all vendor invoices are accurate and processed on time according to payment terms; Support invoice processing and vendor claims, ensuring reconciliation is completed accurately and on time in line with vendor payment terms; Support the data entry system into SAP and ensuring that store orders and inventory are aligned with the internal system and the warehouse; Maintain accurate documentation and system records for all deliveries, disputes, and reconciliations; Track and resolve discrepancies that may impact inventory books and financial reporting; Track and resolve LTO product deliveries, providing regular updates to internal teams and responding to nationwide store inquiries; Contribute insights to improve distribution planning and operational performance.
