About the Role
PT. Victory International Futures Palembang is looking for a Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will engage with potential and existing clients, provide excellent customer support, and introduce them to our financial products and services. Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring excellent service.
• Educate potential clients about our financial products and services.
• Assist clients in account setup and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Maintain and build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Work towards achieving sales targets by converting leads into active customers.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize customer engagement strategies.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Stay updated on company policies and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
