Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all administrative, operational, and management functions of the Learning Centre.
• Drive sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the centre.
• Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere for students and parents.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
• Schedule classes and manage timetables effectively.
• Respond to and manage customer inquiries and requests promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and students.
• Manage the expectations of both parents and students.
• Handle front desk and administrative duties as needed.
• Uphold the professional standards of the Learning Centre as set by headquarters.

Requirements:
• A Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong sales abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in an enjoyable and vibrant work environment.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and listening in English.
• Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
