Job Responsibilities
- Order Management: Handle and integrate customer orders via EDI, webEDI, or paper -based systems.
- Forecast Monitoring: Monitor customer forecasts and compare them with actual orders.
- Planning Execution: Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S &OP) process and support Master Production Scheduling (MPS).
- Scheduling Coordination: Align internal schedules based on customer priorities and production capacity.
- Documentation: Prepare export and customs documentation as required.
- Customer Communication: Maintain clear, timely communication with customers regarding orders, changes, and updates.
- Service Level Management: Monitor service level performance and lead improvement initiatives.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly identify, address, and escalate issues when needed to avoid service disruption.
- Continuity Planning: Ensure backup coverage during absences and proactively inform customers.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in supply chain, production planning, or customer service roles.
- Systems Knowledge: Hands -on experience with order management and ERP systems.
- Process Knowledge: Familiarity with S &OP, MPS, and overall supply chain processes.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of handling customer inquiries and conflicts.
- Problem -Solving: Ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Export/Customs: Basic understanding of export and customs procedures.
- Work Style: Organized, proactive, and a strong team player.
