Role Description
This is a full -time on -site role for an English Second Language Teacher based in Batam. The ESL Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, delivering effective English language instruction, preparing students for IELTS, and teaching English as a foreign language. The role also requires regular assessment of student progress and collaboration with other staff members to enhance the educational experience.
Qualifications
- Skills in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language
- Experience in Lesson Planning and preparing students for IELTS
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage and inspire students
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field
- TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus
