Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Update customer records after interaction with customer and report on trends as necessary
- Provide general customer support
- Answer customer questions about product, delivery status, promotions, payment, etc
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate support teams. Also help resolve simple problems
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience
