Deskripsi Pekerjaan:



  1. Update customer records after interaction with customer and report on trends as necessary

  2. Provide general customer support

  3. Answer customer questions about product, delivery status, promotions, payment, etc

  4. Escalate customer issues to the appropriate support teams. Also help resolve simple problems

  5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution

  6. Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience
