Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from any major; background in Psychology, Education, Communication, or Hospitality is preferable At least 3–5 years of working experience as Trainer in beauty field/ cosmetic brands Additional certification in Makeup Techniques, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or Sales/Training certification is a plus Strong knowledge of makeup techniques and artistry and skincare fundamentals Proven experience teaching makeup techniques in class and hands-on demo, including doing makeup on different skin tones typical of Indonesian consumers Solid understanding of retail sales fundamentals and KPIs (conversion, SPH, AUS, IPT, basic productivity) and experience delivering trainings on selling skills, customer service, and consultation skills for Beauty Advisors Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, e-learning, on-the-job/in classroom/ online training, workshops & simulations, digital tools) Natural Influencer; one that always challenges the norm to drive through creative solutions and has the commerciality to ensure we are maximizing our business portfolio at all times
