Reporting directly to HR Manager, and lead teams in HR and GA/admin. This role is responsible for coordination with the team in Industrial Relation, activating key HR annual processes such as annual budget planning, reviewing performance for contract extensions and annual assessments, ensuring all promotions, demotions, transfers are carried out in accordance with company policy, auditing regularly to ensure compliance and accuracy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
:
- Administering company policies and procedures and Form. Promote understanding within the organization and across the company operations.
- Industrial Relation (Counselling, disciplinary action, termination, dispute).
- Performance review for renewal contract and Yearly appraisal.
- Compensation and benefit, make sure all payroll, promotion, demotion, mutation, transfer done accordance to company policy.
- Administer employee benefit programs, answer employee questions, support claim resolution, and maintain related systems.
- Support the performance review process; provide employees and managers with information about the process, policies, job duties.
- Supervise staff and controlling their job and responsibility run properly and on time.
- Training and development (setup Annual Training program, implementation and evaluate).
- Committee for P2K3, 5S, QMS
- Supervise security and make sure security procedure run in order.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- Min 5 years relevance experience in Human Resources and office administration.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software.
- Experienced working in a fast -paced environment and possess the ability to partner with senior stakeholders, communicate priorities and drives business results.
- Prior experience of having worked in a matrix organization.
- Self driven and highly independent with a positive working attitude and a strong people -oriented disposition.
