Responsibilities
- Conduct gap analyses of organizational behavior and design change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Develop continuous improvement programs (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to boost productivity in a manufacturing environment.
- Lead culture change initiatives through training, coaching, and employee engagement programs.
- Address resistance to change using conflict resolution and effective communication strategies.
- Design and implement training & development programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor change impact using HR analytics (e.g., engagement surveys, turnover rates, team KPIs).
- Partner with HR, operations, and management teams to ensure OD strategy alignment.
- Lead hands -on, data -driven change management projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Required certifications: Change Management (e.g., Prosci, Kotter), Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or Lean Continuous Improvement.
- 4 -5 years of experience in Organization Development/Change Management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven track record in leading change projects (culture transformation, process improvement).
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools (e.g., SPSS, Power BI, survey platforms).
- Experience in training needs analysis and program design.
- Influencer with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Hands -on problem -solver with a results -driven mindset.
- Coaching and leadership skills to guide teams through change.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations (production flow, shopfloor dynamics).
- Experience using OKR/KPI frameworks to measure change impact.
