Responsibilities



  • Conduct gap analyses of organizational behavior and design change management strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Develop continuous improvement programs (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to boost productivity in a manufacturing environment.

  • Lead culture change initiatives through training, coaching, and employee engagement programs.

  • Address resistance to change using conflict resolution and effective communication strategies.

  • Design and implement training & development programs to enhance team capabilities.

  • Monitor change impact using HR analytics (e.g., engagement surveys, turnover rates, team KPIs).

  • Partner with HR, operations, and management teams to ensure OD strategy alignment.

  • Lead hands -on, data -driven change management projects.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

  • Required certifications: Change Management (e.g., Prosci, Kotter), Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or Lean Continuous Improvement.

  • 4 -5 years of experience in Organization Development/Change Management, preferably in manufacturing.

  • Proven track record in leading change projects (culture transformation, process improvement).

  • Proficiency in HR analytics tools (e.g., SPSS, Power BI, survey platforms).

  • Experience in training needs analysis and program design.

  • Influencer with strong stakeholder management abilities.

  • Hands -on problem -solver with a results -driven mindset.

  • Coaching and leadership skills to guide teams through change.

  • Understanding of manufacturing operations (production flow, shopfloor dynamics).

  • Experience using OKR/KPI frameworks to measure change impact.
