Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws and regulations, and financial reporting. Experience in managing a team and working in a creative and dynamic environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance software. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
