We are hiring a candidate for the
Visual Merchandiser Designer.
Location and working arrangement:
đź“ŤLandmark Pluit, North Jakarta, with Monday to Friday of full WFO work mechanism.
What would You do:
- Design and execute visually compelling window displays, product shelves, and in -store layouts aligned with brand guidelines, seasonal campaigns, and local store needs.
- Develop strategic visual merchandising plans that highlight product features, storytelling, and brand appeal, supported by detailed guidelines, planograms, and 3D mock -ups.
- Collaborate cross -functionally with marketing, retail, and product teams to ensure design consistency across all touchpoints.
- Source, select, and coordinate materials, props, and fixtures while managing supplier relations to meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Oversee store set -ups and monitor visual merchandising performance, providing data -driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and innovative merchandising techniques to enhance retail presentation and customer engagement.
What are We looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1 ) is a MUST (Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field).
- Preferably have 2–3 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail design, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful merchandising projects, such as modeling, colouring, lighting, lay -outing, and positioning.
- Solid understanding of colour theory, layout principles, spatial design, visual hierarchy, and a good sense of aesthetics in a retail flow.
- Enjoy work in a fast -paced creative environment, with good communication & teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working on multiple projects.
- Skill software: Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar.
