Job Description:
- Identifying training needs through various methods like surveys, performance evaluations, and direct observation
- Designing and developing training programs, including curriculum, materials, and delivery methods (e.g., classroom training, online courses, on -the -job training).
- Conducting training sessions, workshops, and presentations to educate employees on various aspects of their roles and responsibilities.
- Managing training budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors, and tracking expenses.
- Collaborating with training vendors to source materials and deliver specialized training
- Ensuring that training programs comply with relevant regulations and safety standards
- Providing guidance and support to employees and instructors on training methodologies and skills.
- Keeping abreast of the latest training methodologies, technologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or Industrial Psychology
- At Least 8 years of experience in a training or development role, with a proven track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable
- Have excellent public speaking skills
- Placement in Serang, West Java
