Job Description
- Develop and deliver product training programs for infant formula products to sales teams, medical representatives, and frontline staff.
- Provide in -depth knowledge on:
- Product features and benefits
- Nutritional contents (DHA, ARA, prebiotics, probiotics, etc.)
- Benefits according to infant age stages
- Conduct regular training sessions (classroom, online, and on -the -job training).
- Ensure all training and product communication comply with government regulations and the WHO Code.
- Support new product launches through training and product knowledge updates.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments (pre -test and post -test) and prepare training reports.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Sales teams to align educational and product strategies.
- Act as an internal subject matter expert for product knowledge and competitor insights.
- Develop and update training materials (presentations, modules, videos, and other learning tools).
- Conduct field visits to monitor the implementation of training outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in
Nutrition, Nursing, Midwifery, Pharmacy, Biology, Public Health
, or other relevant fields. - Minimum
2–3 years of experience
as a Trainer / Product Trainer / Medical Representative in:
- Infant formula industry
- Nutrition or healthcare FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of:
- Infant and child nutrition
- Infant growth and development stages
- Infant formula promotion regulations (WHO Code and local health regulations)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident in delivering training sessions and speaking in front of groups.
- Ability to develop engaging and easy -to -understand training materials.
- Strong analytical skills for product and competitor analysis.
- Willingness to travel for business trips.
- Professional, persuasive, and educational mindset.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
- Can speak Mandarin will be preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a
Medical Trainer or Product Specialist
. - Background as a
Nutrition Advisor or Healthcare Educator
. - Experience conducting national or regional training programs.
- Training, facilitation, or public speaking certifications are a plus.
